It is very important for guests to be specific in the number of passengers arriving and departing, as well as the type of service desired (private or shared shuttle).

SHARED VS. PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION
SHARED SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION:
Share the transportation with other guests or company clients arriving on the same or different flight/ terminal, within a half-hour of the difference between your arrival or departure flight time. The vehicle may be shared with other wedding guests or likely other people (who are not guests), with two or three stops on the way to your hotel.
The shared transportation back to the airport will be scheduled with your departure pickup within a minimum of two or three hours before your Los Cabos departure. This will be similar to arrival transportation, with likely one or two stops on the way back to the Airport.
Cost for Each Way of Shuttle: $27 per person. (includes 1 Piece of Luggage)

PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION:
Private Ride with no stops on the way to Nobu Los Cabos:
- up to 5 passengers per vehicle $135 USD Each Way (5 pieces of luggage)
- up to 10 passengers per vehicle $145 USD Each Way (12 pieces of luggage)
The rates for private transportation are per vehicle "not per person"
These rates are in US Dollars, including meet and greet service, but no Drivers Gratuity.
Does Los Cabos Have Uber?
Yes, they do have Uber, but it is not recommended to use this for airport transportation.
Please be aware that Uber vehicles are not allowed (per Mexico regulations) to do airport pickups. Therefore, they will not be able to come to the designated “pick up” area at the airport, and will make you walk to their car location. They are also much smaller than typical vehicles driven by Uber in the states, therefore minimal luggage will be able to fit (our wedding planners have stated no more than 3 people will be able to fit in a vehicle).
As far as using Uber to and from Nobu Hotel:
Please be aware that Uber is only allowed to drop you off at Nobu, but is not allowed to enter the property for a pick up.
Only taxi services will be allowed to pick you up at Nobu (i.e. if you are wanting to leave the property to go into town/do some exploring!).
Are Taxis Safe?
Yes! They are safe in Cabo. However, please use your normal safety precautions as you would anywhere while traveling!
Passport
Do I need a passport?
A passport is required for travel to Mexico. Processing times can vary, so we
suggest applying early. Regular passport returns can take between 4-6 weeks, or expedited services can take between 2-3 weeks.
If it's your first time applying for a passport, you'll need to do so in person. Mailing times are not included in processing times.
Consider this in the total time it will take to receive your passport when you are booking travel.
